How Does it Work?

1. Preparation

  • Before first use, boil water and submerge the mouthpiece for about 30 seconds to soften it.
  • Remove from water and let it cool for a few seconds.

2. Fitting

  • Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, gently biting down to create a custom impression of your teeth.
  • Press the mouthpiece against your teeth and gums using your fingers and tongue to ensure a snug fit.
  • Remove the mouthpiece and place it in cold water for a few seconds to set the shape.

3. Wearing

  • Insert the mouthpiece before going to bed, ensuring it fits comfortably.
  • The mouthpiece should adjust your jaw position to keep your airway open and reduce snoring.

4. Cleaning

  • After each use, rinse the mouthpiece with warm water and mild soap.
  • For a deeper clean, use a toothbrush to gently scrub the surfaces.
  • Store the mouthpiece in the provided case to keep it clean and protected.

5. Maintenance

  • Regularly check the mouthpiece for signs of wear and replace it as needed.
  • Ensure it remains free of any debris or damage to maintain its effectiveness.
